It is recommended that Set-ExecutionPolicy -executionPolicy Bypass be run to prevent any unwanted prompts. At the very least, Set-ExecutionPolicy -executionPolicy Unrestricted will have to be run, as the code is not signed.
This script must also be run on a Active Direction Domain Controller to ensure all the proper PowerShell pieces are in place.
- Launch the PowerShell ISE as an account with administrative access, load the script, update any configuration changes or options and run the script.
- Click the Run Script button or press F5. The following warning appears each time the script runs.
- Please read this documentation prior to executing the script as a misconfigured script may cause unattended consequences to an environment. Many precautions have been taken and there is numerous error checking functionality built into the script, however, there is no guarantee that existing production settings will not be overwritten.
- Click OK to proceed.
